Meet Coach Peal

Coach Peal brings 15 years of personal running experience at the high school, college, and sub-elite levels. In his own running career, Coach Peal has run every distance from the 5K to the marathon, finishing seven marathons — including Boston twice. In his coaching career, Coach Peal has guided athletes to all-conference, all-regional, and all-state accolades, including a state championship. He is even more proud of helping athletes go on to compete collegiately at every level. Peal Paced Track Club is his way of sharing that passion with every athlete, no matter where they are on their running journey.

Base Training-$35/month

For the athlete looking to get started or wanting more structure and guidance in their training.

Build aerobic strength, consistency, and foundational fitness with structured easy runs and basic foundational workouts. Featuring Easy run consistency, aerobic development, aerobic strength workouts and long runs.

Race Prep-$50/month

Dial in pacing, workouts, and long-run structure specific for your goal race pace.

This package includes weekly feedback, zoom meetings, or phone calls with Coach Peal to create goals and specific race plans for your target race.

Premier Training Program-$75/month

For the athlete looking for more; whether you are looking to qualify for the Boston Marathon, run Boston or qualify for State in Tack or XC.

This plan features high touch coaching with detailed feedback, data review, and adaptive weekly adjustments to prep you for your goal races that matter.
